Paul Musoke is Managing Partner of Ankolo Consulting Ltd, an advisory firm specialising in digital financial services, mobile money, and fintech strategy across East Africa. He has over two decades of experience in financial services innovation in the region, including leadership roles at major mobile network operators.

Mr Musoke brings practitioner expertise in African digital financial services to the Council — an ecosystem that has pioneered models of financial inclusion adopted worldwide. His experience with mobile money platforms, agent banking networks, and the regulatory challenges of digital finance in frontier markets enriches the Council's global perspective.
