Pawee Jenweeranon is a Research Affiliate at the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) at the University of Cambridge, one of the world's leading academic centres for fintech and digital finance research. His work focuses on financial regulation in ASEAN markets, with particular emphasis on digital lending, crowdfunding, and regulatory sandbox design.

Dr Jenweeranon brings deep expertise in Southeast Asian financial regulation and contributes a vital emerging-market perspective to the Council. His research on how developing economies can design proportionate fintech regulation has been influential in shaping supervisory approaches across the region.
