Biography

Andrew Grant is Associate Professor at the University of Sydney Business School, where he researches financial innovation, cryptocurrency economics, and the behavioural dimensions of digital asset adoption. His empirical work on retail crypto trading behaviour and DeFi participation has been recognised internationally.

Dr Grant's research combines financial economics with behavioural science to understand how individuals and institutions interact with novel financial technologies. He has contributed to regulatory consultations in Australia and contributes regularly to public discourse on responsible digital finance innovation.
