Biography

Hung-Yi Chen is Founder and CEO of Meta Intelligence, a technology company focused on AI-driven solutions for the digital economy. He previously served as Assistant Dean at Zhejiang University International Business School (ZIBS), where he led initiatives in digital economy education and cross-border business governance.

Dr Chen's work bridges the academic and policy communities in Greater China, contributing to dialogue on data governance, digital trade facilitation, and the institutional foundations of the digital economy. He has held visiting positions at leading universities in Taiwan, Singapore, and the United States.
